Welcome to Ms. Meghan's First Grade Class!

Welcome to first grade! I can't wait to get to know your child this year! It's going to be the best year! 

I have worked in education for eight years. I taught first grade for six years in the city and county school systems in Valdosta, and I taught Kindergarten for two years at Hand in Hand. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Valdosta State University. Teaching first graders is my passion, and it is my goal to ensure that your child has a positive experience, and to instill a lifelong love of school and learning. I am honored to be guiding your child throughout first grade!
