Leadership, Education, and Training (LET) 2 is the second course in the 4-course series. Cadets must successfully complete LET 1 prior to enrolling in LET 2. All first time Cadets must complete each course sequentially.

This course builds on the LET 1 basic knowledge all Cadets must possess to become effective leaders and staff officers in the battalion. The course name for LET 2 is The Developing Leader. Focus areas include Leadership, Communication, Team Building, First Aid, Decision Making, Health and Fitness, Service Learning, and Citizenship and Government.

All Cadets will participate in weekly physical fitness that incorporates the standard Army PT program as well as unique and challenging team building events. 

Cadets are expected to demonstrate loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honesty, integrity, and personal courage.
