In order to apply for the Work-Based Learning program, see the requirements below that you must meet. Please also review the application process, so that you'll understand what to expect. To get in touch with the WBL coordinator at your school, please click here to email them for information regarding specific due dates.

Requirements:

• Have an identified career goal

• Must be a junior or senior & at least 16 years old

• Completed WBL application

• Must have taken and passed at least one CTAE course related to their work site placement

• Provide your own dependable transportation to/from the job site

• Maintain good attendance and discipline record

• No more than 10 absences and tardies during the prior school year

• Favorable behavior record (no discipline issues)

• Be willing to take high school and technical/college courses related to future employment within the identified career area

• Submit at least three teacher recommendation forms

• Be on track for graduation

• Maintained a cumulative GPA average of 80 or above

• Willing to submit to all health-related screenings required by the sponsoring employer

• Copy to driver's license

• Copy of parking decal
