Work-Based Learning Portfolio
A Portfolio is required of ALL students enrolled in the Work-Based Learning program. The Portfolio notebooks will be kept on file in the Work-Based Learning office. The students will have access to their portfolios.
**The Portfolio will be your benchmark/capstone for this class. **
The Portfolio will consist of the following items in this order:

Cover Letter (assigned March 9)

Resume (assigned September 8)

4 Pictures of you at the work site (assigned October 4 and February 9)

Copy of completed Work-Based Learning Application (see Mrs. Miranda)

Copy of a Post-Secondary Application (completed)(assigned April 13)
-
Copies of all (4) four Employer Evaluations (assigned October 4, December 8, March 9, and May 4)(see Mrs. Miranda)

Individual Career Plan (assigned on January 10)

Monthly Reflections (assigned on September 8, October 4, November 3, December 8, January 10, February 9, April 13, and May 4)
